Adventures in Math…
Welcome!!! As I hope you can tell, my name is Sophie… and I do math! I originally started this blog when I was a grade 9 student and since then I have grown, graduated, and gotten on the path to becoming a teacher. I am a university student in Concurrent Education doing honours physics to pursue teaching at the secondary level.
Here I like to share my so-called “adventures in math”, which consist of many things… stories, musings, and analyses to name a few. I’m an advocate for growth mindset learning and often what I write here is a reflection on what I learned from different experiences. I’ve been lucky to do a lot of cool stuff in the past few years. Here I share my journey.
